Our office

Here at Thrive, we’ve created a healing environment that reflects who we are and what we do. Our kid friendly space allows families to feel right at home. While it’s important for us to be laid back, laugh, and have a lot of fun in our office, our top priority is providing YOU the best care. You deserve nothing but the best when it comes to your health.

What we do:

We help families regain and maintain their health by correcting poor posture patterns that create irritation to the body’s nerve system. The nerve system is made of the brain and spinal cord and all the exiting nerves that controls the function of everything in the body.  Poor posture.  This type of care goes beyond mere symptom relief and helps to improve the function and health of the entire body.  It also aims to prevents unwanted future health issues.

Dr. Jason Baietto

In 2001, Dr. Baietto founded Complete Balance Wellness Center in Southern California. His center became one of the busiest and well-known Chiropractic wellness offices in all of California. Dr. “B” has written 2 wellness books and created wellness programs for over 50 schools and businesses. He also created “Take 5 to Thrive” classroom fitness videos that are played in 22 elementary schools for over 15,000 students.

Dr. Baietto has had the opportunity to treat several professional athletes and patients of all ages…from just a few days old to their upper 90s. His approach is simple. People are taught to be reactive with their health and this leads to devastating health problems. Dr. B wants to teach families to be proactive, fix the cause of their health problems and live life at the highest level.

In California, Dr. Baietto helped thousands of people reach their health goals and he is excited to make an even bigger impact in Okotoks. Aside from some super cold days :), his family absolutely loves living here and are so grateful for all the amazing friendly people in the community. He hopes to help as many families as possible in Okotoks improve their lives.

Dr. Jamie Baietto has a true passion to help families live healthier lives. She has been told that she has a magical way to help kids want to eat fruits and veggies… now that is a real gift. Her gentle compassionate personality combined with her amazing knowledge of how the human body performs at its best, makes her a wonderful chiropractor for the whole family.

Krista Hughes-Yurkowski

Krista Hughes-Yurkowski graduated from M H Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2012 and has worked towards a synergistic approach to massage therapy that helps support the body mind connection. Reduction of the sympathetic nervous system function and stimulation of the parasympathetic nervous system are key goals Krista works towards in every treatment. Krista employs gentle techniques that do not stress the body and that allow the body’s own healing to flourish.

She has completed Level 2 of her lymphedema certification and is certified in orthopedic massage. Krista also does myofasial cupping and her treatments are effective without being painful.
